TOM recently hosted its fourth Rising Leaders event, delivered in partnership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

The evening brought together emerging leaders from across the industry for an engaging panel discussion featuring Werner Hettasch, Head of External Reporting at Woolworths, and Carla Scodeller, Head of Financial Planning and Business Reporting at CIMIC Group. Both speakers shared practical insights from their own career journeys, covering leadership, decision-making and professional development.
